The Donner Ski Patrol has 45 paid and volunteer patrollers and mountain hosts who serve the skiing public at Donner Ski Ranch.

They are members of the National Ski Patrol and are trained in Outdoor Emergency Care (patrollers), Outdoor First Care (hosts) and BLS/CPR as well as toboggan handling and avalanche rescue.
